Part 1:Implications of Rohingya crisis for India(if given entry)

What will happen if some of the  Rohingya refugees come to India,  the consequences would be something as follows.  They would be in worse conditions than in Bangladesh.  The poor reach of state utilities of water, electricity and food supplies enjoy in north east is well documented. Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur and Nagaland suffered from devastating floods two months ago. 500,000 homeless and another 400,000 affected. With poor and limited state resources, where would the resources come from? The rugged terrain has prevented widespread development of railways and roads.  The high cost of importing and exporting due to distance from accessible sea port(Kolkata) has prevented development. The cost of import and export through Bangladesh is high as the multi modal transport treaty has not taken off. The access to Chittagong and Mongolia ports of Bangladesh still face great hurdles.
